WE NEED YOUR FEEDBACK…

Jeff’s staff is working to put together details for the Team Allen – 2010 MS Walk on March 27, 2010 in Dallas (Addison), TX and we are asking for your feedback.

This will be the second year for Team Allen to participate in the Lone Star Chapter MS Walk.

Jeff’s mom has MS and Jeff has learned that several of his fans also have MS or have family members with MS – so this is a mission close to many of us.

Jeff’s staff is working on a weekend for Team Allen. We are currently planning a Pasta Dinner on Friday, March 26th for Jeff and the registered members of Team Allen’s MS Walk Team. In addition to dinner with Jeff we are planning an acoustic performance after dinner, again for the registered members of Team Allen’s MS Walk Team. The MS Walk is at 8AM on Saturday AM. And we are hoping to book a full band show for Jeff on Saturday night in the Dallas area, which would be open to the public.

WHAT WE NEED TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU IS…
How many of you are considering participating with Jeff in the MS Walk and would be interested in the Private Pasta Dinner w/Acoustic Show on Friday Night? 

Here is what we are assuming at this point…
1. Registration on Team Allen’s MS Walk Team is $25.00. Team members are encouraged to raise additional funds, but it is not required.
2. We anticipate a fee not to exceed $40 for the PRIVATE pasta dinner and Jeff Allen acoustic show. This special event will be limited to registered members of Team Allen’s MS Walk Team, or those guests making a minimum $25 donation towards Team Allen’s MS Walk Team, prior to a specified deadline.
3. If we are able to book a show for Jeff in the Dallas area for Saturday night, that would be a public event and everyone would be on their own for transportation and venue door fees.

For those interested we will be able to offer discounted hotel rooms – paid in advance, for Friday night and Saturday, if applicable.

PLEASE HELP US TO MAKE THIS A SPECIAL EVENT FOR YOU…

A. If you are planning to participate in the MS Walk ($25);
B. If you would have an interest or not in the Friday Night Private dinner and acoustic show (estimated $40);
C. If you would have an interest or not in a discounted hotel room (estimated $95).
We need to get a headcount so that we can plan accordingly.

PLEASE RESPOND BY February 15th. 
This is not a comittment, but a request for your input.
